Word is getting out into the market on Carpenter's allocation policy on polyol. Here's a quick summary:
Shipments will begin Thursday September 25. All PO polyols will be shipped based on a 45% allocation, and EO containing polyols will be shipped based on a 20% allocation.
Seems like the plant is okay, but it is difficult to obtain all the needed raw materials, especially ethylene oxide.
