This is a ridiculous assertion. No potential entrepreneur would stop because of health insurance coverage. That would stop risk averse people, who probably wouldn't become entrepreneurs to begin with. If the President really wants people to start small businesses, he needs to reduce taxes and get out of the way!

In his weekly radio and Internet video address Saturday, Obama linked one of his biggest challenges—joblessness—with passage of far-reaching changes to the nation's health care system.
If aspiring entrepreneurs believe they can stay insured while switching jobs, Obama said, they will start new businesses and hire workers.

They are so out of touch with the working world. Obama would not know what motivates the entrepreneur. He only knows the thoughts of the politician and leftest community agitators.
