(“Dow”) will increase off-list prices in North America (United States and Canada)
listfor the following products:

DOW PuraGuard™ PG USP/EP
Propylene Glycol Industrial (PGI)
Dipropylene Glycol LO+ (DPG LO+)
Dipropylene Glycol (DPG)

Tripropylene Glycol (TPG)
ropylene
Tripropylene Glycol Acrylate Grade (TPG Ac)
In addition, 100% order control will be implemented effective immediately for
each product listed above; all monthly order volumes will be restricted to the
monthly maximum Dow is contractually obligated to sell.
