Shell Announces Polyol Increase

Effective January 1, 2013, or as contracts will allow, Shell Chemical LP will increase prices
as follow:

CARADOL® Polyols prices will increase US $0.08/lb.

For clarity, this increase is not in addition to the November 1, 2012 increase notice of US
$0.08/lb, which has been rescinded.
