Monument Announces Polyol Hike

Effective with shipments on March 1, 2013, Monument Chemical will increase its off-list prices
of all Poly-G, Poly-Q, Poly-A®, and Poly-L polyols by $0.05 per pound and off-list prices
of all Poly-T polycaprolactone and Poly-CD carbonate polyols by $0.11 per pound. These
price increases are in addition to earlier announced price increases and are being implemented
given higher raw material costs.

In addition, your purchases prior to March 1 may be limited depending on available product
inventories.
