Lapolla Wants Sanctions For Bogus Toxic Foam Suit
Law360, New York (July 09, 2014, 2:56 PM ET) -- Lapolla Industries Inc. urged a New York federal judge on Tuesday to sanction a pair of consumers who voluntarily dismissed their suit accusing the company of selling toxic polyurethane foam insulation, claiming they lied about their injuries and cost the company significant time and money defending the suit for two years.
